Privacy Policy

This is what Rythme Rêverie collects when you use the app, what we do with it, and how you can get a copy or delete it.

Who we are

Rythme Rêverie (“we”, “us”) is a music marketplace for musicians, organizers, and fans. This policy covers the mobile app, and the accounts, posts, messages, bookings, and paid-entry tickets on it.

What we collect

We store the account details you give us: email, username, display name, and role. If you add them, we also store photos, a bio, portfolio, gallery, gigs, and community posts. We store messages you send, and booking and ticket payment records that Stripe processes (including ticket QR tokens, check-in status, and refund requests). If you buy the verification tick on iPhone, Apple processes that payment. We store that it is paid, and when, so the tick can sit beside your name. We do not receive your card number. Your phone gets a push token so notifications can arrive. If you turn location on, we store an approximate location. We keep basic usage so feeds, search, and notifications can run. If you join the waitlist on this site, we store the name, email, city and country, and role you submit (musician, organizer, or fan).

What we do with it

We use it to create your account and keep it secure, to show profiles and posts you choose to share, and to run bookings, paid-entry tickets, refunds, door check-in, and payouts. We use the App Store or Google Play purchase status to turn the verification tick on or off. We may notify organizers about ticket sales, refunds, refund requests, and check-ins, and notify buyers when a refund is approved or denied. In-app and push notifications go out only if you allow them. We also use it to keep the app reliable and safe, and to meet legal obligations. We email a waitlist address to confirm the signup and again when the app is available. Brevo sends those messages.

Who else sees it

Supabase hosts the app, sign-in, and database. Stripe processes booking and ticket payments. Apple handles Sign in with Apple and push notifications. The one-time verification tick is purchased on the App Store or Google Play, and that store issues the receipt. RevenueCat tells us whether that purchase is active, using your account id, so we can show or hide the tick. They do not receive your card number. We do not sell your personal information. Profile fields and posts you set to public are visible to other people, following the privacy settings you choose.

How long we keep it

If you delete your account, we deactivate it immediately. Unless you cancel, we permanently delete it after 30 days. Your username may stay reserved for a short cooldown after that. We can keep payment records longer when accounting, fraud prevention, or the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see your personal data, correct it, or delete it. In Settings you can download your data and request account deletion. You can also email us at the address below.

Security

We encrypt data in transit, limit who can access it, and use row-level security on the database. None of that makes a system perfect. Use a strong password and keep your device updated.

Children

Rythme Rêverie is not for children under 16, or under the digital consent age in your country. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we also tell you in the app when we reasonably can.
