Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms cover how you use Rythme Rêverie. If you create an account or keep using the app, you agree to them.
The service
Rythme Rêverie lets musicians, organizers, and fans discover each other, share posts, message, book performances, and sell or buy paid entry to gigs. Musicians and organizers can also buy a one-time verification tick on iPhone. We can add, change, or remove features.
Accounts
Give us accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account in Settings. Deletion includes a 30-day grace period.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a license to host, display, and distribute it so the service can run. Do not post anything you do not have the rights to share.
Bookings
A gig listing, an application, and a booking are an agreement between the organizer and the musician. We provide the tools to find each other and to pay. We are not a party to the booking unless we say so in writing.
Mark complete. When at least one musician is confirmed, the organizer may mark the gig complete in the app while it is open or booked. There is no requirement to wait until the gig date or the day before. Marking complete records completion time and starts the payout and dispute timelines described under Payments.
Arrival QR check-in does not mark the gig complete and does not release booking funds.
Paid entry tickets
When an organizer enables paid entry on a gig, fans and musicians can buy tickets through the app. Organizer accounts sell and scan tickets; they do not buy entry on other organizers’ gigs.
Each ticket is a right of entry for that gig, subject to the organizer’s settings shown in the app. After payment, you get a QR code for door check-in. Do not share your QR if you still need entry; misuse may void the ticket.
Refunds. Organizers choose whether fan self-refunds are allowed, an optional deadline (hours before the gig start time shown on the listing), and whether refunds need organizer approval. If approval is required, a fan request stays pending until the organizer approves or denies it. Once a ticket is checked in at the door, buyer and organizer refunds through the app are blocked. Organizers may still refund a paid, not-checked-in ticket when the app allows it. Stripe processes approved refunds; timing can depend on your bank.
Resale. If resale is available, listing or buying a resale ticket follows the prices and fees shown in the app. After a resale completes, the seller’s QR stops working and the buyer receives a new one.
We provide the payment and check-in tools. Disputes about entry, capacity, or event cancellation are primarily between the ticket holder and the organizer, except where consumer law says otherwise.
Problem reports. If a refund is unavailable or the issue is about the event or door access, buyers can open a problem report from their ticket. The organizer is notified and can refund (when the ticket is not checked in) or close the report. For payment chargebacks, contact your bank or card issuer; Stripe handles those separately.
Payments
Stripe processes payments and payouts for bookings and for paid-entry tickets (including resale where available). Platform fees on tickets are shown before you buy or when you enable ticket sales. The verification tick is not a Stripe payment. It is a one-time App Store or Google Play purchase, described below. Settle any open booking or ticket payments before you delete your account.
Booking fees. When an organizer pays a fixed booking fee, funds are held on the platform until payout conditions are met. Automatic release to the musician’s Stripe Connect account generally requires all of the following: the gig is marked complete; at least 48 hours have passed since completion; the gig’s listing calendar date has already passed (Europe/Paris); there is no open or upheld booking payment dispute; and the musician’s Connect account can receive payouts. Scheduled release runs on our server (typically once daily). Marking complete early does not skip the calendar-date rule; marking complete late restarts the 48-hour clock from completion.
Booking payment disputes. After a gig is marked complete, the organizer or musician on that booking may open a booking payment dispute within 14 days of completion, subject to the payment status rules shown in the app. An open or upheld dispute blocks automatic payout until staff resolve it. Ticket problem reports and card chargebacks are separate processes.
Fee changes. After a booking payment is held or paid out, the fee amount cannot be changed on Stripe through the app. Cancel and refund if needed, then rebook at a new price. Before payment, a newly agreed fee can update the next checkout.
Other fees, holds, refunds, and bank timing also follow what you see in the app and Stripe’s terms.
Verification tick
Musicians and organizers can buy a verification tick once. On iPhone the price is €12.99, or the local App Store price Apple shows at checkout. Apple takes the payment. The tick is a digital mark beside your display name. It is not a booking, a ticket, or a payout.
Staff review of your credentials is separate. A confirmation email does not turn the tick on. Paying does. If staff later cannot confirm your credentials, a tick you already paid for stays on.
After Apple confirms the purchase, the tick stays on that Rythme Rêverie account. On a new iPhone, use Restore purchase with the same Apple ID. Refunds for this purchase are requested from Apple. We cannot refund it in the app or through Stripe. Deleting your account does not refund the App Store purchase.
On Android, Google Play takes the same one-time payment. Restore purchase uses the same Google account, and Play refunds are requested from Google.
What you can’t do
Do not harass people, spam, scrape the service, upload illegal or infringing content, try to get into an account or system that isn’t yours, or misuse payments. We can remove the content or suspend the account.
Suspension and ending access
We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if keeping the account open creates legal risk, or to protect other users. You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you want.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Where the law allows it, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app, from bookings between users, from ticket sales, refunds, check-in, or door access between organizers and ticket holders, or from the verification tick purchase through Apple.
Which law applies
French law governs these terms, without conflict-of-law rules. If a mandatory consumer protection in your country says otherwise, that rule applies.
